Match Report
NCSU won the toss and elected to bat first. The openers got NCSU to a steady start before they lost two crutial wickets in the eight over.Sethu and Sohail who joined him at the fall of the second wicket guided the teams total to a hundred before some good bowling from the spinners and some good fielding triggered a middle order collapse which resulted in NCSU scoring 138 for the loss of 7 wickets in their stipulated 20 overs.

In their reply TCC also got off to a steady start with the first three batsmen taking the teams total past 50 in just 8 overs. But some magnificient bowling effort from the NCSU spinners coupled with some poor strokes from the TCC batsmen tilted the match in NCSU's favor. Thus everything boiled down to the last over where TCC required 22 runs and had 2 wickets in hand. The TCC batsmen gave their all and got the equation down to 4 required off the last ball. But Vivek the bowler held his nerve to secure a win for NCSU which took them to the finals which they will play against RDU on Saturday.

Umpire Report
The umpiring in this match was fair and there was a not a single incident to report. Inspite of the game being a semifinal both the teams played in the right spirit.
